Join Chef Julie Simon in a family style Sunday Supper at The Sneak.

Julie will create dishes using only old world food. And our wine director Mary Bradley will pair old world wines with each course.

This concept was born of our curiosity with what the rest of the world ate pre-Columbus. Staples such as corn, beans, tomato, chocolate, peppers, pineapple, potato, sweet potato, squash are off limits for this dinner. 

Fortunately the old world brought to the Americas, apples, bananas, beans (some varieties), beets, broccoli, carrots, cattle (beef), cauliflower, celery, cheese, cherries, chickens, chickpeas, cinnamon, coffee, cows, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, ginger, grapes, honey (honey bees), lemons, lettuce, limes, mangos, oats, okra, olives, onions, oranges, pasta, peaches, pears, peas, pigs, radishes, rice, sheep, spinach, tea, watermelon, wheat, yams.
